ACCOMMODATION : One double bedroom with 4'6" bed with en suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and W.C. Two twin bedrooms, each with two 3' single beds and one with a wash hand basin, two sitting rooms, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, modern bathroom with bath and a separate shower cubicle.
Situated on the road to St Anthony and only a ten minute walk from Manaccan village, Trenellan is a detached bungalow with rural views over farmland. Helford village and St Anthony are close by and boats, moorings and boat trailer storage can be arranged at Sailaway St Anthony.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:- Porch, hallway, front sitting room with colour TV with multi chanel free view and video, dining room with doors to the conservatory and the kitchen. The conservatory has a W.C.and a tumble dryer and the kitchen is fitted with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, plus a separate larder fridge, automatic washing machine and microwave. The double bedroom has a 4'6" bed and an en suite shower cubicle with wash hand basin and W.C. The two twin bedrooms each have two 3'0" single beds and one also has a wash hand basin. The rear sitting room has an open fire, TV and music centre with CD, Tape and Radio.There is a pay phone in the dining room.The modern bathroom has a bath, hand basin and W.C. plus a shower cubicle with a power shower.
The enclosed rear garden has rural views, garden furniture and a BBQ. There is calor gas central heating and part double glazing. Bed linen and tea towels are included in the cost but guests should bring towels for personal use. A cot and highchair are available, but fuel for the open fire is not supplied. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. No pets and no smoking.
