ACCOMMODATION: Sitting room with open fire, dining room with wood burning stove, kitchen, utility room, shower room with shower, w.c. and hand basin. Second sitting room. Hallway with stairs up to bedroom 1 with two single beds, bedroom 2 with one double bed, bedroom 3 with one single bed, bedroom 4 with two single beds, bedroom 5 with one single bed and bedroom 6 with one single bed. Bathroom with bath & hand held shower, hand basin and w.c. Second bathroom with bath and hand basin. Separate w.c.

Uniquely situated in a superb position on the Helford River, Treath House is a little over half a mile from the picturesque village of Helford, with its thatched cottages, Post Office and Stores and thatched pub on the river. This spacious house is comfortably furnished and has magnificent views of the river and a good sized, part walled garden. There are good walks from the cottage, which has the benefit of immediate access onto the coastal path. The accommodation is as follows:- Porch leading into the sitting room with open fireplace, colour TV and beautiful views of the river. Dining room with wood burning stove. Kitchen with dresser, cupboards, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and door to second staircase. Utility room with dishwasher, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room with shower, w.c. and hand basin. Second sitting room with views of the river. Hallway with stairs to the upper floor. Twin bedded room with river views, double bedded room with river views, single bedded room with garden views, twin bedded room with garden views, single bedded room with woodland views and a further single bedded room with woodland views. Bathroom with bath with hand held shower over, hand basin and w.c. Second bathroom with bath and hand basin. Separate w.c.

Outside, there is garden furniture, BBQ and the gardens are laid to lawn. There is access to a private quay with outhaul. There is parking for four cars in the lane outside the cottage. There is a telephone (with honesty box) in the property. There is No Smoking at Treath House and No Pets are allowed. Oil fired central heating, electricity, bed linen and tea towels are included in the cost. Towels for personal use are not supplied. There is a travel cot at Treath House but not a highchair. Logs are available. An 18ft Plymouth Pilot is available for hire.
