ACCOMMODATION: Kitchen/dining room, sitting room with sofa bed, bedroom
with double bed and en suite shower room with shower, w.c. and hand basin,
bathroom with bath, hand basin and w.c.
The Old Chapel is a detached property and was built in the early 19th
Century and has been cleverly extended and converted. It is situated just
10 minutes walk from Flushing and Gillan Coves and is close to the village
of Manaccan with its quaint old thatched pub and friendly village store.
Boats can be hired from nearby St Anthony .
There is a light spacious sitting room with a high domed ceiling, a sofa bed, colour TV with free view digi box and a DVD player, video and music centre. The attractive double bedroom with en suite shower room leads off the sitting room.
The kitchen is extremely well fitted with pine units, cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher and the small utility room has a tumble dryer. The second bathroom has a bath, hand basin and w.c.
Night storage heating, electricity, bed linen with duvets and tea towels are all included in the price. Telephone with honesty box. Outside there is a gravelled patio area, with garden furniture and barbecue and there is parking for 2 cars on a gravelled hardstanding beside the cottage.
No pets. No children under 12 years. Available all year including Christmas
and New Year.
