The Dell is a
reverse level detached property
in it's own grounds, in a beautiful location with sea views & views
of Gillan Creek. Highly recommended for that special holiday.

ACCOMMODATION: Kitchen/dining/living area. Main bedroom with King
size bed, Second bedroom with two 3ft beds, Bathroom with bath and shower.
Summerhouse with two 3ft single beds (July & August bookings only).
Ground floor wet room with large walk-in shower, hand basin and w.c.
The Dell is situated close to the South West coastal path, just a three
minute walk from Gillan Cove in one of the most beautiful unspoilt areas
of the southern Cornish coast. It is approached down a peaceful lane and
has spectacular views of Gillan Creek and Falmouth Bay. The area is perfect
for walking, sailing, water ski-ing and fishing and boats can be hired
from St Anthony, which is just across the creek.
There are steps up from the garden to the sun deck, where a door leads
into the open plan sitting/dining room with flat screen colour TV &
Free View, Blu-ray DVD player, music centre with CD player and payphone.
There is a modern, well equipped kitchen area with built-in cooker and
hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and coffee maker. Bedroom
1 has a 5' King size bed and Bedroom 2 has two 3' beds. The bathroom which
was updated and modernised in 2003, has a bath, shower, hand basin and
w.c. In the ground floor area there is a fully tiled wet room with large
walk-in shower, hand basin and w.c. Door through to utility area with
an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of space for storing
wet weather/sailing gear. There is also a games room with table football.
In July and August, the summerhouse in the garden can be used as an extra
bedroom and has two full size 3' single beds.
The Dell has a pretty garden and an attractive sun deck with patio table, chairs, sunbeds and a BBQ. It has its own parking area. Electricity, night storage heating, bed linen and tea towels are included in the price. Guests should bring their own towels for personal use. No pets. No smoking.
