ACCOMMODATION : Entrance hallway with payphone, Living/dining/kitchen area, double bedroom with 5ft double bed and en suite bathroom, twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and en suite shower room.
St Anthony View is set in an acre of sloping gardens with lawns and shrubs and has views through the trees across Gillan Creek. A short walk down the driveway leads to the lane which runs down to Flushing Cove and the South West Coastal Path. Gillan Cove is just along the cliff path and St Anthony, where boats can be hired or launched and moorings and boat trailer storage can be arranged, is just across the creek.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:- Entrance hallway with payphone, leading into the combined living/dining room with fully fitted kitchen area. There is a colour TV, video and music centre with CD and tape player. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher and a further door to the patio area. The twin bedroom with two 3ft beds is off the main living area and has an en suite shower room with shower cubicle, electric shower, hand basin and W.C. The double bedroom off the hallway has a 5ft King size bed and en suite bathroom with bath (no shower), W.C., hand basin and heated towel rail.
An automatic washing machine is located outside and there is a rotary clothes line. An extra W.C. is situated off the patio area and is ideal for use when coming up from the beach, or for children playing in the garden. The patio has garden furniture and a BBQ and the beautiful sloping gardens are laid to lawn and shrubs. There are views through the trees to Gillan Creek and across to the famous Norman Church at St Anthony.
There is parking for two cars next to the property and a third car can be parked at the bottom of the driveway by the garage.
A cot and highchair are available, tea towels are supplied but guests should bring towels for personal use. Storage heating, electricity and bed linen is included in the cost.
