Rose On The Cliff - Gillan

(Sleeps 9 in Four Bedrooms)

ACCOMMODATION : Ground floor: Hallway, Sitting/dining/kitchen area, double bedroom with 5ft bed, twin bedded room with two x 3ft beds, bathroom with bath, W.C. and hand basin, shower room with shower cubicle, electric power shower, hand basin and W.C. Upstairs: twin bedroom with two x 3ft beds and another bedroom with three x 3ft beds. Lower ground floor: spiral staircase down to conservatory with cane furniture and a tiled shower room with shower cubicle, W.C. and hand basin.

Set right on the South West coastal path on the edge of the cliff overlooking Gillan Creek, Rose on the Cliff is a few minutes walk from Gillan Cove in one direction and Flushing Cove in the other. The property has outstanding sea views and looks out across the creek to St Anthony where boats can be hired or launched and moorings and boat trailer storage can be arranged.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:- Hallway. Lounge with comfortable furniture, log burner, colour television, DVD player and video recorder. Kitchen area with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric cooker. Dining area with table and chairs and wonderful views, door to balcony. Spiral staircase down to the conservatory.

Double bedroom with 5ft bed. Shower room with shower cubicle, electric power shower, hand basin and W.C. Bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Bathroom with bath, hand basin and W.C.

The other two bedrooms are approached by staircases at each end of the house. There are three x 3ft beds in the room above the master bedroom and two x 3ft beds in the room at the other end of the house.

The spiral staircase from the dining area leads down into a conservatory with cane furniture and a fully tiled shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and W.C. This shower room is ideal for use when coming up from the beach. There is a paved terrace area with amazing sea views and a gate which leads to steps down to the water's edge, where there is an outhaul for a boat. There are pretty gardens, a balcony with BBQ and the front gate of the property opens straight onto the South West Coastal path.

There is parking for five cars, two in the double garage and a further three in the driveway outside the property. Logs can be supplied. There is garden furniture. The property is heated by storage heaters and electricity, heating and bed linen is included in the cost. There is a pay phone. Tea towels are supplied but guests should bring towels for personal and beach use. No pets are allowed and smokers should smoke outside the property.

Due to its position on the edge of the cliff, the steps to the water's edge and the spiral staircase, Rose on the Cliff is not suitable for very young children.
