ACCOMMODATION: Main building: Sitting/dining room with open
fire, kitchen, bathroom with bath, hand basin & w.c., main bedroom
with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds. Annexe: Two
further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed plus
shower room with w.c and hand basin.
Owlscot is a single storey wooden building with a separate stone built
annexe. Just 250 yards from Flushing Cove, with its small sand and shingle
beach, Owlscot offers the following accommodation:- An entrance porch
with tumble drier, leads into a cosy sitting room with open fire, colour
TV and payphone, opening to a dining area with a narrow view to the creek.
There is a bedroom with a double bed off the sitting room and the hallway
leads to a large bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with bath, hand basin
and W.C. and a kitchen with electric cooker, automatic washing machine,
fridge-freezer and microwave oven. Owlet, which is a stone built annexe
has a bedroom with a double bed and patio doors onto the terrace, with
views to Gillan Creek, a single bedroom with one single bed and patio
doors to the garden and a shower room with shower, hand basin and W.C.
Outside, there are large, mature gardens with lawns and shrubs, ample parking for cars and boat trailers and an attractive terrace with patio furniture and views across to Gillan Creek. Electricity, night storage heating, bed linen and tea towels are included in the price. Guests should bring their own cot linen and towels for personal use. No pets and No smoking. In the low season only, there is a two tier price structure, with the option of renting Owlscot with or without the annexe.
