ACCOMMODATION: Sitting/dining room, Kitchen, Shower room, Bedroom with 4'6" bed.
Situated at the end of a quiet lane with magnificent views of Gillan Creek and Falmouth Bay, Little Tranquility is only a ten minute walk from the sand and shingle beach at Gillan. The pretty villages of Manaccan and Helford with their quaint thatched pubs, are very close by. The property offers the following accommodation:- Triple aspect sitting/dining room with spectacular sea views and door to rear paved patio. Comfortable lounge furniture, dining table and chairs, colour TV, music centre with tape player and radio, door to kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a double bedded room with 4’6” bed and a shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c. and door to rear patio area. There is an automatic washing machine in the garage and a rotary clothes line in the garden.
There is parking for one car in the driveway to the property and garden
furniture and a BBQ is supplied. Electricity, night storage heating, bed
linen and tea towels are included in the price. Guests should bring towels
for personal use. There are no pets and no smoking and no children under
18 years of age at Little Tranquility.
