Dovefields is a very well equiped detached property in A Beautiful Location - overlooking Gillan Creek & Falmouth Bay. Highly Recommended.

ACCOMMODATION : Ground floor: Porch, Hallway, Sitting Room, Double Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds, Bunk bedroom with two 3ft bunk beds and two 2ft 6in beds, Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin & W.C. Sun room. First Floor: Twin bedroom with two x 3ft beds, Double Bedroom with a 5ft King size bed and a cot. Bathroom with bath & shower over, hand basin and W.C. Lower ground floor: Huge Kitchen/Dining Room/Childrens' area/Snug, Utility room, W.C. and hand basin.

Set in a quiet lane, close to the South West coastal path and within a few minute's walk of both Flushing and Gillan Coves, Dovefields is a spacious family property with beautiful views across Gillan Creek towards Falmouth Bay. The picturesque villages of Manaccan and Helford with their quaint thatched Inns and well stocked village Post Office and Stores are a few minute's drive away. At nearby St Anthony, just cross Gillan creek, boats can be hired or launched and moorings and boat trailer storage can be arranged.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:- Ground Floor: Porch, hallway, twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, bunk bedroom with two 3ft bunk beds and two 2ft 6in single beds, double bedroom with a 4ft 6in bed, sea views and French door into the sun room. Sitting room with large bay window with window seats and beautiful views across Gillan creek towards Falmouth Bay, open fire (logs are supplied), colour TV and video, music centre playing CD's, tapes and radio, door into sun room with cane chairs. Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and W.C.

First Floor: Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, double bedroom with 5ft King size bed and a cot, panoramic sea views. Bathroom with bath & shower over, hand basin and W.C.

Lower Ground Floor: A feature of this property is the huge kitchen/dining room/childrens' area/snug. A very large room with a fitted kitchen area having an oil fired Aga, built in cooker and ceramic hob with hood over, large fridge-freezer, second fridge, microwave oven and portable music centre playing CD's, tapes and radio. Door to utility area with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and downstairs W.C. and hand basin. Dining area with large table and chairs and snug/childrens' area with bay window, sofa, childrens' table and chairs, colour TV and video and door to the garden.

Outside: There is an outside shower for washing off sand when returning from the beach. The gardens are mainly laid to lawn with secluded seating areas and a rotary clothes line. There is a large decked area with table, chairs, a portable BBQ and outside lighting and a further lawned area with table and chairs and a built in BBQ. This interesting garden is approached by a series of steps and has a sloped lawn area and many shrubs and trees. Whilst ideal for a family, young children would need to be supervised in the garden.

There is a garage outside the property which houses logs for the open fire and where there is parking for one car. A further three cars can be parked outside the garage and along the lane.

The property has oil fired central heating and heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the cost. Logs for the open fire are not supplied but are usually available from Newtown Garage. There is a cot and two high chairs. A portable BBQ, built-in BBQ, rotary clothes line and garden furniture are supplied. Dovefields has a Pay Phone.

No smoking and No Pets.
