ACCOMMODATION : Ground floor:
Kitchen/dining room, utility room, bathroom with bath and electric shower
over, hand basin and W.C. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bunk beds, bedroom with
2 x 3ft single beds. First floor: Sitting room, main bedroom with 4ft
6in double bed, shower room with shower cubicle with electric shower,
hand basin and W.C.
Discovery has free Broadband internet connection through a wireless
router.
Discovery is situated at the bottom of a private unmade lane, approximately 70 yards from the sand and shingle beach at Gillan Cove. The village of Manaccan is approximately 2 miles away and boats can be hired at nearby St Anthony where moorings, launching of boats and boat trailer storage can be arranged.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:-
Steps up to front door. Hallway, utility room with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer, sink and boiler with a clothes airer for drying wet clothes. Fitted kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, plus a kitchen table and chairs and views across to Falmouth Bay.
Rear lobby with two bedrooms and a bathroom off. One bedroom has two 3ft bunk beds and the other bedroom has two 3ft single beds. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, hand basin, W.C. and heated towel rail.
Upstairs the shower room has a shower cubicle with electric shower, hand basin and W.C. The main bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed and the sitting room has comfortable furniture, colour TV with free view and DVD player, Hi Fi music centre with radio and CD player, plus a log burner for logs only (Logs are not supplied). A sliding patio door takes you to the rear of the property.
Outside there is a rotary washing line and 25 steps up above the house is a patio area with table and chairs.
Electricity, heating, bed linen, and tea towels are included in the cost.
There is a travel cot and a high chair. The property has oil fired central
heating plus night storage heating and a Pay Phone. Logs are not supplied
for the log burner. There is parking for two cars (one in the integral
garage and one outside). No smoking and no pets and a BBQ is NOT supplied.
Please note:- Towels for personal use are no longer supplied.
