North Helford River Area
Field Cottage - Near Constantine & Falmouth

Field Cottage is a well equipped detached property in a beautiful quiet location in the North Helford River area. It is within easy driving distance of Port Navas, the Helford River & Falmouth.
ACCOMMODATION: Ground floor: Hallway, Cloakroom with w.c. , Bedroom
with 3'0" Bunk Beds, Open plan Kitchen/Sitting/Dining room with Balcony.
Lower Ground Floor: Bedroom with 5'0" King size bed, Bedroom with
two 3'0" single beds, Bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin and
w.c.
Field Cottage is situated in a tiny hamlet in the North Helford River
area, approximately 3 miles from the tiny picturesque waterfront village
of Port Navas. Only 4 miles from Falmouth and conveniently placed for
Truro and the beaches of the North Cornish coast, it is an ideal base
for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall. The village of Constantine
has an excellent butcher's shop and a well stocked village store, which
is famous for its amazing selection of wines and spirits, particularly
Whisky.
This superb beautifully equipped detached house provides excellent reverse level accommodation for six people. On the ground floor there is a hallway with cloakroom & w.c. and a bedroom with 3'0" bunk beds. The open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room is bright and airy with a wood block floor and French door onto the balcony. The sitting area has comfy sofas, a colour TV and video. The fully fitted kitchen area has an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer. There is a south facing balcony off the sitting room with garden chairs and there are magnificent far reaching countryside views towards the Lizard Peninsula.
Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor with a further two double bedrooms, one with a 5ft King size bed and the other with two 3ft beds and a bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and hand basin. Night storage heating, electricity, bed linen with duvets, bath, hand and tea towels (but not beach towels) are all included in the price. A cot and high chair are available but guests should bring their own cot linen.
There is a small secluded garden laid to lawn at the front of the property
and steep steps lead down to a sunny south facing paved patio at the rear,
with patio table and chairs. There is a field belonging to the property
and a gravelled parking area for 3 cars. No Pets & No Smoking. Available
all year including Christmas and New year.
