ACCOMMODATION: Kitchen, Hallway, Shower room with large shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c., Sitting/dining room, Bedroom with 4'6" double bed.
The Old Forge is the ground floor, self contained wing of an early 19th Century former Blacksmith’s cottage. Once a working forge and retaining one of the original granite and cob walls and beamed ceilings, the property has been tastefully converted into comfortable, centrally heated and double glazed holiday accommodation, which is very private and quiet.
There is a fully fitted oak kitchen with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and automatic washer/dryer. The hallway leads to a shower room with extra large shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. There is a cosy sitting/dining room with comfortable furniture, dining table & chairs, remote control flat screen digital television with built in DVD player and free view receiver. A doorway from the sitting room leads into the double bedroom with 4'6" bed and French door to the garden.
Situated in quiet countryside and surrounded by moorland and fields, The Old Forge has its own garden, which is laid to lawn with patio area and garden furniture. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the cottage stands in a mature two acre garden, one mile from Coverack, a tiny picturesque fishing village. There is ample parking in the grounds. Central heating, electricity, bed linen and tea towels are included in the price. Guests should bring towels for personal use.
No pets. No Smoking. No persons under 15 years of age.
