ACCOMMODATION: Conservatory, Hallway, Modern fitted Kitchen, Utility

double bed, Shower Room with shower, hand basin and w.c. Upstairs:- Bedroom
1 with King size 5' bed leading into Bedroom 2 with two 3'0" single
beds, Bedroom 3 with 3'0" bunk beds, Family Bathroom with bath, shower
cubicle, hand basin and W.C.
Parbrook is located in a prime position high above Coverack Bay with spectacular
sea views. It is just three minutes walk from the harbour, with its Pub
and cafes, serving good food, gift shops, Post Office and tiny village
store. There is also a wind surfing school, where lessons can be arranged.
There are steps down to a sandy/rocky beach.
The accommodation is arranged as follows: Hallway, large sitting room with multi fuel burner, comfy sofas, Sky TV, DVD player and amazing sea views. Separate dining room with sofa, colour TV and games cupboard. Modern fitted kitchen with sea views, granite work tops, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The ground floor bedroom has a 4'6" double bed and there is a ground floor shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and W.C.
The large conservatory which runs the entire length of the house has a grape vine, potted plants and small wrought iron table and chairs.
Upstairs, there is a double room with 5' King size bed and sea views, which leads into a smaller room with two full size 3' single beds and sea views. The third bedroom has 3' bunk beds and sea views. There is a large family bathroom with bath, large shower cubicle, hand basin and W.C.
The garden is very steeply terraced with a patio but the steeper parts
are guarded by railings, there is one pond which is covered be a steel
grid and there are spectacular sea views. It has garden furniture but
there is not a barbecue. Young children will need to be supervised at
all times in the garden.
There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway. The house and the garden
have been inspected by Health & Safety and is approved for holiday
letting.
Central heating, electricity, bed linen & tea towels are included
in the price. A travel cot and high chair are available. Guests should
bring their own cot linen and towels for personal use.
No Pets. No smoking.
Available all year, including Christmas and New Year.
