ACCOMMODATION: Sitting/Dining room, Kitchen, Utility room with w.c.
Conservatory, Bedroom 1 with 4'6" double bed and en suite shower
room with shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c., Bedroom 2 with two 3'0"
single beds and en suite bathroom with bath, hand basin and w.c.
Mullion Cottage is situated in the heart of this popular village, close
to all local amenities. There are pubs, tea rooms and a selection of shops
within easy walking distance of the cottage and Mullion Harbour is a short
distance away. Polurrian and Poldhu Coves with their sandy beaches are
also very close by. This former fisherman's cottage has been tastefully
renovated to a high standard and offers the following accommodation:-
Entrance lobby leading into a comfortable sitting/dining area which is
divided by a staircase to the upper floor. The small fully fitted kitchen
has electric oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge with
small freezer compartment. There is a separate utility room with w.c.
stainless steel sink. washing machine, heated drier and freezer. The dining
area has a pine table and chairs and the sitting area is comfortably furnished
with sofa, armchairs, colour TV, video and electric wood burning effect
stove.There is a sunny conservatory with cane furniture that looks out
over a pretty enclosed south facing garden with a patio and garden furniture.
Stairs from the living area lead up to a small landing with two double bedrooms, one with 4'6" bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c. The second bedroom has twin 3'0" beds and an en suite bathroom with bath, hand basin and w.c.
Night storage heating, electricity, bed linen and tea towels are included
in the price. Guests should bring towels for personal use.
One small dog is allowed, but there is no smoking in the cottage.
