Located in a lovely position
right by the harbour in Coverack
ACCOMMODATION: Open plan sitting room/kitchen with breakfast bar.
Ground floor bathroom & separate W.C. Stairs to upper floor. One double
bedroom with 4'6" bed, one twin bedded room with 2 x 3ft beds.
Cove Cottage is situated in the heart of the pretty fishing village of
Coverack and is close to the harbour and only a short walk from the beach.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:- Open plan sitting room/kitchen
with breakfast bar. The kitchen has a fridge, electric cooker and microwave
and there is a utility area with a sink and an automatic washing machine.
The sitting room has a colour TV plus video and DVD and there is a CD
player and radio. The ground floor bathroom has a bath with electric shower
over and hand basin and there is a rear lobby with separate W.C. Steep
stairs up to the first floor with two double bedrooms, one with a 4ft
6in double bed and the other with two 3ft single beds.
At the rear of the property there is a small courtyard with bistro style garden furniture. Steep steps up to the rotary clothes line. Outbuilding housing the tumble dryer and freezer.
There is a garage with the property and this is located about 200 yards
from the cottage. Please note the stairs in the cottage are extremely
steep and there is a 4ft drop onto concrete in the rear garden area. Night
storage heating, bed linen and tea towels are included in the price. No
pets and no smoking. A cot & highchair are NOT available in this property.
There is ample parking in Coverack.
