sea views from every room.
You can book now for 2010 also you can reserve Coastguard Cottage for
2011.
ACCOMMODATION (on three levels): Ground floor with hallway, two double bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed, the other with a 4ft 6in bed, bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, hand basin, W.C and heated towel rail. First floor with kitchen/dining/living room. Upper floor has an attic bedroom with two 3ft beds and en suite shower room with shower, hand basin, W.C and heated towel rail.
This beautifully renovated south facing property is situated right on the South West coastal path with stunning views out to sea. Just 100 yards from the road down to the picturesque fishing village of Coverack, Coastguard Cottage is perfect for a family holiday. The accommodation is arranged as follows:-
Front door into hallway with two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a 5ft King size bed and amazing sea views, Bedroom 2 has a 4ft 6in double bed and amazing sea views. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin, W.C. and heated towel rail.
Stairs up to a sitting room with comfy sofas, a multi fuel stove and a 40" flat screen TV with Sky and a DVD player. There is an iPod dock. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and automatic washer-dryer, dining table and chairs. There are stunning sea views from both the sitting room and the kitchen/dining area.
A door on the landing takes you out onto a decked area with patio furniture.
Stairs take you up to the twin bedded attic bedroom with low beams and sky lights with sea views. There are two 3ft single beds and an en suite shower room with shower, hand basin, W.C. and a heated towel rail.
Outside there is a decked area with patio furniture and beneath this is an outside utility room housing the central heating boiler - an ideal place for sandy shoes etc.
Coastguard Cottage has full central heating and electricity, heating,
bed linen and tea towels are included in the cost. There is a travel cot
and high chair, there is also a payphone.Towels for personal use are not
supplied.
No pets. No Smoking.
Changeover Day : Saturday
Please note:- arrival time at Coastguard Cottage is any time after 4.00 pm and departure is by 11.00 am on the final day.
