April Cottage - Coverack
(Sleeps 6 in Four bedrooms)
Renovated to a very high standard in 2005 &
located right by the harbour side in Coverack.
ACCOMMODATION: Large sitting/dining room with inglenook fireplace,
fitted kitchen, utility room, double bedroom with 5'0" king size
bed and en suite shower room, double bedroom with 4'6" bed, 2 single
bedrooms with 3'0" beds, family bathroom.
April cottage which was built in the 18th Century, is situated in the
heart of Coverack, a pretty, unspoilt fishing village. It is close to
all local amenities and a stone's throw from the beach and the harbour.
The cottage has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard and
retains some of its original beams, a large inglenook fireplace and window
seats in the sitting room and master bedroom. It has the added benefit
of double glazing and oil fired central heating to keep it cosy and warm
all year round. There are some sea views from inside the property and
from the terraced back garden.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:- Large sitting/dining room with colour TV, video and DVD player. Large beautifully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and fridge with small freezer box, portable CD/Cassette & Radio. There is a utility room with an automatic washer-dryer and clothes airer. Door to the back garden. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one with 5'0" King size bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and W.C., one with 4'6" double bed and two single bedrooms with 3'0" single beds. There is a family bathroom with bath & shower over, hand basin and W.C.
The rear garden is steeply terraced with steps up to a patio with garden furniture and a small lawned area with rotary clothes line. A BBQ is available.
Bed linen, tea towels, electricity and heating are included in the cost. A cot and high chair are available. Logs for the inglenook fireplace can be purchased locally. Sorry no Smoking and No Pets. There is ample parking in Coverack.
